Mixed media online art class for 7-10 year old artists
Use a combination of art materials to explore the elements of art with artist Hilary L Hahn. Lessons are created for artists aged 7-10 year olds.
Explore world arts and culture in this exciting mixed media class on Mondays at 3:30pm PST
Start the week off with creativity. Our first session of this month will be a workshop, where students learn to paint the galaxy.
In this class will students draw, collage and paint and experiment with various materials. Your child's observational skills will grow. March projects include a special galaxy workshop, panda bears, cherry blossoms, along with ice cream cones. with along with still-life inspired by Clementine Hunter.
It is going to be an inspiring mix of projects and materials!
We will mostly use, oil pastels, watercolor, and colored pencils.

Class will last for 60 minutes.
Break down of virtual class time:
1. Introduction to shapes and drawing (10 minutes)
2. Drawing time: 25 minutes
3. Painting time: 20 minutes

Students will have the opportunity to join using video & audio. This is so those in the class and myself can see their work.

Drawing & Painting online art class for 10-13 year old artists
Explore all the fundamentals of drawing and painting designed to build fundamental skills while highlighting master artists. Our classes will explore watercolor, acrylic paints (or oil pastels) and colored pencils. Students will tap into their creative side and develop skills with us every Wednesday!
This class meets from 3:30-4:45 p.m. PST
Drawing & Painting is designed for artists 10-13 years old. We take pride in our small group classes and community vibe. Young artists will improve their artistic eye while developing their own style and receive constructive feedback.
In March, we will learn to paint landscapes, flowers, still life and abstraction in a fresh and modern way. They will even learn to set-up a miniature still-life!
Students will develop skills in watercolor, chalk and acrylic along with produce high quality works of art.

Having fundamental art materials gives students the opportunities to explore them beyond each class.
Hilary L Hahn is a visual artist and textile designer. She brings over 15 years experience in arts education, arts program development along with her love of teaching to each class.
Participants are encouraged to register on a monthly basis for 4 weeks $120.
A regular ticket drop in ticket is $33
A reduced ticket may be purchased by donation.

Each class will last for 70 minutes!
