🌈 Art in the Garden Summer Camp for Young Artists (Ages 8-11) 🌺
With the warmth of summer on the horizon, I am thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for budding artists aged 8-11 - Art and Sculpture the Garden.
I'm excited to reveal this summer's vibrant and engaging camp experience that promises a week of artistic exploration, creativity, and fun starting in June.
Camp Details:
📅 Dates: The camp will run during the week of 6/24-6/29

👥 Limited Spots: Hurry, as we have limited the camp to only 8 spots!

Artistic Exploration:
🎨 Mediums: Throughout the week, students will dive into the world of art by exploring up to three artistic mediums, including colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolors, acrylic paint on canvas, and the tactile joy of clay. Artist's will also be given a sketchbook to explore their interests.
🌌 Expressive Artworks:
Encouraging open creativity and imagination, students will have the freedom to create expressive artworks that reflect their emerging artistic style.
Daily Schedule:
🕤 Drop-off & Pick-up: Conveniently drop your child off at 9:30 a.m. and pick them up at 2 p.m. ensuring a well-rounded day of artistic exploration
Daily drawing and canvas painting with Hilary L Hahn:
🎨 Guidance: Hilary L Hahn, a professional artist with a private practice and a background in art education and design, will lead the camps along with special guest sculptor, morning movement teacher and more.
🌟 Mornings: A morning movement class led by a certified yoga teacher will take place on Tuesday and Thursday. These are interactive, kid friendly and a great way to warm up before drawing.
🌟Afternoons: At least 2 afternoons will be a hands-on time for creating unique works via clay sculpture with a special guest artist.
🌿 Miracle Mile Garden: Located in the serene Miracle Mile Garden large tables, easels, and plenty of shade.
