Watercolor for Relaxation: Small Works - Virtual workshop - Special first time!
Relax, enjoy a short guided meditation, and learn to paint with watercolors. You'll unwind as we work with watercolors in an art class that explores color and technique. Come away with an understanding of watercolor techniques, specifically brush work.

Join us Saturday, February 6th at 10:30 a.m. PST and paint virtually with a wonderful group of painters. This is a special offer for first time artists who wish to join us!We will be painting relaxing mandalas. These relaxing pieces focus on color and shape and encourage you to slow down and can be as simple (or intricate) as you desire!
Each class begins with a relaxation technique or meditation to enhance your creativity. Then students will paint 2 small watercolor works per class. Each class will feature a technique or theme such as brushwork or personalized mandalas. I will be giving detailed instruction on how to paint your piece. There will be moments along the way to reflect and share.
This is a wonderful opportunity to experience a creative flow state through watercolor painting.
You will deepen your understanding of watercolor while relaxing and tapping into creativity. Watercolor can be a wonderfully calming so take a break and paint with us!!
This class takes place on Zoom. Upon registration, you will receive the Zoom link to the class.
This all ages lesson is geared towards adults and teens.
All levels welcome & supply lists are fairly simple.
You will need:
- Watercolor paper
Our workshop will last for 90 minutes.
