Virtual Watercolor for Relaxation

Join us on Sunday, June 28th @ 10 a.m. PST for a wonderful opportunity to experience a collective release of anxiety through watercolor painting. This is a 2 hour class designed to teach fundamental watercolor techniques while relaxing!
We will begin by syncing up energetically, followed by several warm-ups and practices. We will learn to paint and draw from intuition, in a playful exploration of watercolor paints our workshop will lead up to a creation of a layered abstract artwork.
Studies show that painting for just 45 minutes reduces cortisol levels (stress hormone) by more than 50%. I can't wait to get drop into the creative zone with you.
All instructions on how we will meet online will be sent to you prior to the lesson.

You can use your own current watercolor palette and paper or substitute watercolor pencils. Embroidery thread adds another interesting and meditative layer to this painting.
At present, if you would like to join our class tomorrow. I highly recommend curbside pick-up at either Staples or select Michaels stores. You will need: a watercolor palette or watercolor pencils and watercolor paper- any size. They presently are offering coupons for online shopping and 1 hour curbside pick-up! Once you have the necessary supplies. You can continue your work in watercolor beyond the workshop day.
