Are you ready to hit reset and release collective anxiety?
Create beautiful watercolor paintings of the full moon & ocean waves in this relaxing online workshop
The full moon is a time to celebrate goals and projects coming to fruition. Learn to paint the moon and it's phases!
We will working with watercolors in an art class that explores painting a full moon. Come away with an understanding of watercolor washes and techniques, along with your work of art. The following evening we encourage you to take a stroll outside and watch the moon rise!
Join us Thursday, October 29th @ 4:00p.m. PST for a blue moon and a wonderful opportunity to experience a creative flow state through watercolor painting.
This workshop is geared towards adult & teens. Older students are invited to join-in. I will be giving detailed instruction on how to paint the moon, so be sure if you bring your child that they can focus.
You will deepen your understanding of watercolor while relaxing and tapping into creativity. Watercolor can be a wonderfully calming so take a break and paint with us!!
All levels welcome.
We are keeping supply lists fairly simple. You will need:
1. White multi-media paper, or nice sturdy paper size 9" x 12" or larger
2. A set of watercolors
3. 2 paintbrushes: round or flat
*inspiration images will be provided but feel free to bring along your own reference images, see work by Amelia from our last workshop in the photos.
Upon registration, you will receive a Zoom invite link to the class that can be joined using the free app Zoom. Students will have the opportunity to join using video & audio.
This is so those in the class and myself can chat and see their work.
The ticket price $30. Our workshop will last for 90 minutes.

You will need: a watercolor palette or watercolor pencils and watercolor paper- of any size. They are offering coupons for online shopping and 1 hour curbside pick-up! Once you have the necessary supplies. You can continue your work in watercolor beyond the workshop day.
