Meet your hosts:
Hilary Hahn is a visual artist and textile designer. She is the founder of the Creator's Path, an online resource for creatives. Hilary is a studio artist with a flourishing textile line. In 2014, she founded the Creative Sundays workshop series to help people reconnect to their creativity, foster connections, and all while making items that are both beautiful and functional with their hands. After several years of successful sold out workshops and numerous brand collaborations, she is now developing summits and courses online.
Lang Tran is a fashion industry professional with over 15 years of apparel manufacturing & merchandising experience. She was first introduced to the industry at a very young age by her late mother, who was a lead sample-maker at several production houses for brands like BCBG, Guess, Body Glove, Contempo Casuals, and Bisou Bisou. Lang launched her career in fashion after college, getting her first management role for a retail corporation learning the ins-and-outs of running a successful business operation. She's helped hire, train, and lead multi-faceted teams in the women's contemporary, jewelry & accessories, lingerie, and men's denim and basics departments. Her strong sense in merchandising eventually led her into the private sector about 13 years ago, working hand-in-hand with designers in managing their manufacturing & business operations. She's spent the last 3.5 years as COO at Rachel Pally. Her passion for helping mentor small to mid-sized artisan businesses scale their operations has led her to venture out on her own as a business strategist/retail operations consultant. She is currently spearheading the launch of a couple of LA-based brands, as well as launching her feel-good project called The Impact Co-Op in the springtime.
