Lang Tran recently COO @ Rachel Pally. Currently founder of The Impact Co-Op, and Strategic Retail Operations Consultant to The Sage & The Sun and Als News, Inc.

Hilary L Hahn is a global textile artist who serves a community of creatives, designers, and artists, who wish to deepen their knowledge of textile design through her writing, workshops, and e-courses. She launched her eponymously titled sustainable textile line in 2018. Her inspirations include travel to Japan, natural indigo, and organic pattern.

Arin Delaney, Co-founder of FONZIE Copy Shop
Arin is from LA and came up as a copywriter at agencies around town for a decade. A year ago, she and her work-wife Madison Palasini (Nasty Gal, Reformation) started a copy-only shop that thinks brands should sound like people, not ads. FONZIE is currently writing for a24 Films, NIKE, KOSAS, Netflix, FX, and more...



Jennifer Dowd, VP of Public Relations & Communications at Kelly Wearstler
Jennifer Dowd is a media and PR vet with more than two decades of experience working in public relations, marketing and editorial with luxury brands across the worlds of design, hospitality, fashion, beauty and spirits. Jennifer is currently head of public relations and brand communications for star interior designer Kelly Wearstler and her global lifestyle brand. 

Ellen Wong, Co-founder of Daughters and the Woo Knew? Podcast, Advertising
Ellen co-created Daughters, a "soul-care" company devoted to educating and inspiring professional women to reconnect to their body, mind and spirit through aromatherapy tools and modern self-reflection rituals. Daughters launched a podcast in August 2019 called Woo Knew? that follows the cofounders’ transformational journey as they explore the world of alternative healing. Ellen became a certified Breathwork facilitator with a practice in DTLA. She merges breath-work with her background in art and music, creating a unique healing practice that reflects the urban DTLA community. 
Up until 2018, Ellen had been creating and problem-solving in the digital technology space for over 16 years, collaborating with leading thought-leaders across brands like LEGO, CNN, Adidas, FOX, Warner Brothers, Roku, BET, Netflix, OWN and Disney as the Executive Creative Director at RED, a digital marketing agency in Santa Monica. 

Erika Martha Escobar at Rachel Pally, Production

Erika has been in the garment manufacturing industry for over 10 years with experience in both domestic and import productions. Erika studied fashion design at LATTC in Los Angeles.  She is currently the Production Manager for the women’s contemporary brand Rachel Pally, which offers extended sizes to include plus and maternity.
